FUNDAMENTALS OF LAP POOL FREEDIVING  It begins with a detailed introduction to mastering fundamental techniques of STATIC AND DYNAMIC. Our certified instructors are dedicated to providing you with technical feedback, either on the surface and through underwater demonstrations. Additionally, they will guide you on how to unlock your natural potential, encouraging you to set new personal bests as you progress through your sessions. Throughout the training, your safety remains our utmost priority

 

Rates for the 1-2 sessions (Depending on the number of hours and number of students)

 

STA SERIES:

  • Lung stretching

P2,800 for 1.5-hour session (Not more than 2-hour)

P3,500 for 2.5-hour session (Not more than 3-hour) 

P5,000 for half day session (Not more than 5-hour) 

 

BASE TRAINING designed for experienced freedivers that focuses on basic skills refinement and specialization for B-fin essentials (DYNB), Mono-finning techniques (DYN), No-fins techniques (DNF), & Static Apnea (STA)  Providing real-time pool side feedback is crucial, as well as ensuring safety during passive progression sessions.

 

Pre-requisite: Done with Fundamentals of lap pool freediving or atleast certified Lap 1 freediver.

 

VERMOSA SPORTS HUB

  • P2,200 for 1.5-hour session (Not more than 2-hour)
  • P2,900 for 2.5-hour session (Not more than 3-hour)

DISTANCE COACHING It provides personalized online coaching program focuses on specific training exercises, improves competition performance, long term adaptation, and helps you surpass your personal limits after the peaking phase. 

Pre-requisite: Partially completed skills specialization 

  • Hypercapnic drills
  • Lactic acid training
  • Hypoxic training
  • Dynamics reproducing CWT dives
  • Sub max performance dive without warm-up
  • Max dive simulation

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Pool entrance fee is included (except for Vermosa)
  • Minimum two (2) pax to proceed for Vermosa students
  • Rate is 2-hour per session, otherwise it is specified. 
  • A non-refundable 50% reservation is required and the remaining 50% must be paid in full before we begin. 
  • Please make sure to schedule your session at least 3-5 days in advance. If you are unable to attend the session, please reschedule at least within 24-48 hours in advance.
