Early Bird Promo Discount (January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026): ₱55,000 per pax

• Required downpayment: ₱15,000 per pax (Non-refundable but transferable)

Holiday Promo Discount (valid until December 31, 2025 only): ₱50,000 per participant

• Required downpayment: ₱10,000 per participant (Non-refundable and non-transferable)

The participant agrees to pay ₱20,000 within the period of April to June 2026, and full payment is required two (2) weeks before the trip.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The 50% down payment is non-refundable. 
1.1. Full payment is required two (2) week before the trip.

2. Changes to Itinerary
2.1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
2.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

3.Participant Responsibilities
3.1. Participants must ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas if required.
3.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
3.3. Any misconduct or violation of local laws may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4. Liability and Insurance
4.1. The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
4.2. Participants are advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

5. Health and Safety
5.1. Participants must inform the organizer of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the tour due to health concerns.

6. Force Majeure
6.1. The organizer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen events beyond their control.
