08:00H Scienced-Based Freediving Theory (2-3 hours)
Physics (scientific theories applied in freediving)
Physiology of breath holding (hypercapnia vs hypoxia)
Breathing cycle (relaxation breathing, proper full breath, brealth holding and recovery breaths)
Equalization techniques (Frenzel intro)
Fundamentals of freediving (General knowledge of equipment, safety protocols, duck diving, and free immersion)
During the theory session, freediving gear will be provided, and a WAIVER FORM is required to be signed
Two (2) open water sessions (2-hour per session, 1 dive per day)

Powered by the world’s best freediving education system, Seangle Breath offers 2–3 hours of science-based theory compared to the typical 1 hour or less of dry skill sessions provided elsewhere. We believe that understanding the science behind freediving builds confidence, safety, and mastery in the water.
Founded in March 2019, Seangle Breath was built with a mission to make freediving education accessible, professional, and deeply transformative. Our core mission is to empower non-swimmers by helping them overcome fear, build confidence, and develop a lifelong connection with the ocean.
For almost seven (7) years, we have guided students from all walks of life, from beginners taking their first breath-hold to divers refining their performance and technique. We place the highest importance on safety and the quality of each student’s learning experience.
To ensure personalized instruction, we strictly limit our classes to a maximum of four (4) students per certified freediver coach or instructor. Upon request, we also offer one-on-one coaching or smaller 1:2 or 1:3 ratios for a more focused and comfortable learning environment.
For the integrity of every course, we never mix students with different confidence levels, water experience, or special handling needs. This means we provide dedicated instruction for traumatic non-swimmers, pregnant individuals, and children below 13 years old, ensuring they receive the specialized attention they deserve.
Seangle Breath is a registered business entity equipped with the required freediving certifications, business permits and licenses, and BIR registration to ensure our programs operate with the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
