BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- Pay 50% of package rate as down payment per head for slot reservation, deductible from the total package rate (Non-refundable)
- 50% of the remaining balance should be paid 10 days before the event
- Strictly no refund if participant decides to not attend the event after paying the initial DP.
- If the participants decided to not to attend 10 days before the event, he or she need to pay the 80% of the total amount of package.
- 50% Down Payment is transferable only as down payment for the replacement of cancelled participants.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We reserve the right to cancel any trip under these circumstances and this is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you can always rebook your tour if this happens.
