Booking Procedures:
A 50% down payment per participant is required to secure reservation slots. This amount will be deducted from the total package cost and is non-refundable.
The down payment is transferable and may be applied to a replacement participant, subject to prior notice.
Once the down payment has been made, no refunds will be issued should a participant decide not to attend.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
If a participant cancels within ten (10) days before the event, 80% of the total package cost will still be charged.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, payments made are non-refundable; however, participants may rebook the tour for a future date, subject to availability.
Cancellation or rescheduling may occur if:
The minimum number of participants required to proceed is not met:
25 participants for a big boat
15 participants for a small boat
The trip is cancelled due to LGU or government restrictions, including weather or safety advisories.
